Deep red. Sexy, intensely perfumed bouquet of ripe raspberry and cherry with suggestions of potpourri, sandalwood and vanilla. The wine is full-bodied and well structured, with silky and enveloping tannins. Aged for 36 months in 4-year-old American oak barriques, it is well balanced to enjoy now and over the next 25 years.
