Food Pairings for La Posta Pionot Noir Glorieta Vineyard
Easily the best Mendoza Pinot Noir I've ever tried, and I'm not surprised it's produced by La Posta. Everything the best Patagonian examples have: structure and balance, berry fruit, floral aspects and some forest-game. None of the New World, warmer weather overripe fruit in there, just a really elegant, even understated blend of the above elements.
