La Posta del Vinatero Malbec Pizzella Vineyard Valle de Uco 2011

External Review by We Speak Wine:

Bright full ruby. Aromas of dark fruits and bitter chocolate are complicated by smoky minerality and lifted by floral and spice notes. Fine-grained, generous and sweet; fuller-bodied than the Angel Paulucci offering but sound acidity gives it lovely life in the mouth. Finishes dense and long, with soft, even tannins and lingering notes of red and darker fruits. All of these new La Posta releases offer very good value. - Stephen Tanzer 90 Points ** Only 1 in Stock **

Suggested Recipe Pairing presented by
Layered Rice Pudding

RiceSelect's fragrant Jasmati® is blended with eggs, milk and fall's favorite spices, cinnamon and nutmeg, to create a delicious rice pudding, which is layered on top of fluffy cream cheese and abuttery pecan crust. Pairs well with a bold, tawny port with flavors of dried fruits, nuts, and spices.
