This is winery is a totally family run operation and is does pretty much everything with traditional methods... apparently you won't see much stainless steel. This wine is big... and good. I'm definitely keeping the other bottle I bought in the cellar for a few years. It seems to have a lot of potential. I picked this up from the Formaggio kitchen in the south end of Boston.... worth a visit. They never seem to steer me wrong.
