Winemaker's Notes:

Tasting Notes: Cherry-red colour with violet tones. Aromas of ripe fruit. The palate is balanced and smooth. Percentage Grape: 80% Tempranillo and 20% Garnacha from our own vineyards. Soil: Consist of slate and quartzite over sandstone from the tertiary period shaped by glacial activity. These soils, largely made up of stones and crumbled slate, are low in nutrients, well drained. Growing Climate: The winter was cold and dry. The growing season was excellent, with temperatures ranging between 7°C and 40°C and few difficulties with the vineyards. Date of Harvest: September - October Type of Harvest: The first selection of grapes took place in the vineyard. The grapes were hand-pick. Vinification Length: Fermented for 7 days in stainless steel tanks. Vinification Method: Traditional Vinification Temperature: 25°-28° Malolactic: Blended following malolactic fermentation. Alcohol Percentage: 13.5 % Sugar Rate: 0-5 g/l
