Wonderful nose, jammy, with a hint of earthiness. Thoroughly enjoyed with our prime beef ribeyes. Decanted the 2nd bottle, seemed to change the nose, more earthy and smokey than fruit. Loved it.

Wine Tasting NotesInitially, cherry cola, dark berry and vanilla bean aromas flood from the glass; then back notes of rosemary and mineral emerge as vivid reminders of the vineyard site. The palate exhibits a ripe cherry, pomegranate and fresh herb/earth character, carried through a long finish by the wines velvety tannins.
