It begins with a dollop of rich fruit aromas, with blackberry and cherry predominating. A subtle floral aspect lifts the nose into the range of violet and rose petal. Dark berry fruit flavors, followed by subtle spice flavors of nutmeg, with a whiff of curry and vanilla on the close. The tannins are silky, soft and well-integrated to the finish.
