Sprightly and juicy, with a pleasant acidity and a touch of woody bitterness. Flavors of pear and apple. I enjoyed it most (surprisingly) at room temperature. Is it really always necessary to chill wine?
A gentle nose of citrus and peach. Initially a slightly sweet peach flavor which quickly changes to a fairly acidic citrus tang featuring hints of both lemon and lime. There is also some floral aspects intertwined with the citrus, all leading up to a short crisp finish. Very easy to drink, the bottle disappears in a flash.
