La Corte Negroamaro Puglia IGT Solyss 2003
La Corte's Salice Salentino is a blend of 80-85% Negroamaro and 15-20% Malvasia Nera. Fermentation is longer and more traditional, lasting 14-15 days. The wine is then aged in a combination of stainless steel tanks and large oak foudres for 18 months. A dark brick red in color, the nose presents an array of aromas from figs to earth and tobacco.
