en Rama(un filtered) The wine is light pale gold and with a very light haze. Nose off honey, white flowers, almond and light melon. The palate gives a creamy dry sensation with salt, light vanillla, wood, and almond. Overall very soft in the mouth with a refreshing finish that lingers. Very enjoyable. alt=3.5 [NR]

Deep rich slightly muted brown color. The nose is carcoal, burnt caramel, wood, dusty earth, almond and even some chocolate. Very rich and complex while completely dry in the mouth the body and depth of flavors makes you think of sweetness. Almonds, salt air, wood, caramel, and toffee all are present on the palate. The finish is a good 20+seconds. 3.5/5 [NR]

Pale brown color. Nose is full of hazelnut and light wood varnish. The palate on the other hand shows the salt ait, more nuts, light wood and faint carmel notes. The wine is fully dry with a medium body and noticeable alcohol though the finish is nice and soft while lingering for a good 20 seconds or more. 3.5/5 [NR]

Not that different in color from their regular amontillado which averages 10-15yrs in age. Nose of sweet carmel, brown sugar, vanilla cake dough, and a salt sea air quality. Flavors are dusty melon, nuts, a light wood varnish, almonds, and lasts for over 30seconds. Very similar to the younger version except for the fact that the flavors seem more concentrated and richer overall. Definatly a treat to taste this. 4/5 [NR]
