Tasting Notes: Elegant wine, with complex aromas: mocha, raspberry, tobacco, orange peels, and spices. It has soft, silky tannins and a very good length in mouth. T°: 17-18°C, open 1 hour before tasting. Serve with game and red meats or cheese Percentage Grape: 100% Cabernet Franc Soil: At 190 m altitude, on a hill side Vinification Length: 2 month Vinification Method: Traditional fermentation in a 55 hl upright oak tank, temperature of 30°C. Cap punched down twice per days, 8 weeks skin contact. Ageing during 10 months in an oak tank. Vinification Temperature: 24-32 ° Malolactic: yes in oak tank Alcohol Percentage: 14.2 %
