Suggested Recipe Pairing presented by
Coconut Rice Sweet Potato Cheesecake

RiceSelect's creamy Arborio gets blended with sweet potato, coconut milk and vanilla to create this decadent cheesecake. Pairs well with Saunternes; a white dessert wine that has hints of coconut from aging in oak barrels.

Nebbiolo is king in Piedmont but did you know it also does quite well in Mexico? While there are no similarities to the Langhe version, this does still intrigue us with all the spiced, dark fruits that are more akin to a Zinfandel.
