Light, crisp, but with some substance on the mid palate. The zest is there from the citrus accents, but there is also some mango, guava, and a hint of banana on the finish. Super wine for the hot summer months or to go with lighter Asian Faire! Cheers!

We chose to craft 95% of the blend in stainless steel, fermenting at 54˚ to enhance the aeromatic esters. 5% of this wine was fermented and aged in neutral French oak for palate weight and richness. The marriage of the two styles was blessed with a 1% touch of barrel fermented Semillon to bring the whole experience together. A lovely bouquet of mango and guava aromas combine with flavorful notes of white peach and grapefruit. The wine's crisp acidity is enhanced by a fresh mineral quality that is so appealing. - Zachary Long, Winemaker ** SOLD OUT **

Winemaker's Notes:

Essences of fresh white grapefruit and melon with hints of spearmint greet the senses upon tasting this crisply styled wine. The blending of Semillon and Viognier enhances the vivid floral nose while maintaining the crisp balance and overall grace of the wine.
