What to Expect

Sauvignon Blanc is a refreshingly crisp white wine that offers citrus and tropical fruit flavors with very aromatic notes of green chilies, grass, herbs, asparagus and gooseberries commonly contributing to the bouquet. Sauvignon Blanc is generally unaoked allowing the fruit to shine and highlighting the delicacy of the grape.

Editorial Reviews

This offers up a lovely nose of well-integrated hints of nettles, herbs, and earth adding complexity to the pineapple and grapefruit tones. Rich and slightly viscous in the mouth yet the acids offer great cut keeping everything in balance. The palate is full of grapefruit and orange toned fruit with a touch of mineral cut and sweet, floral inner mouth perfume. This has good length and comes off as a slightly structured, rigid style of Sauvignon Blanc at this youthful stage. 90pts

Reviews

This is killer SB. Big and ripe citrus and stone fruit, bone-dry and very light.
