The very first bottling of Clos du Mesnil is a fantastic Champagne that blends fresh, lively fruit flavors with a plush texture and expansive finish. A bright citrus character evolves into mature flavors of mineral, vanilla and ginger that seem to melt in your mouth. It's still totally firm in texture and strong in structure so there's no great hurry to pop the cork
