Pale yellow in color with greenish reflections. The nose is reminiscent of acacia flowers and the delicate scent of almonds. Clean and refreshing on the palate with hints of linden and honey. Recommended with risotto dishes and grilled white meats.

I made two mistakes. I bought it in 2009 and at $11.98. It may have faded at bit in aromas and flavors, but still had the citrus and acid to produce a nice tart finish to a smooth, soft melon-citrus flavor. Not great with lemon chicken--another mistake--but quite nice alone.

Well, had the rest for lunch--the right choice this time! With cold chicken and cheese and crackers, wonderfully soft, melon-citrus flavors with great mouth feel and an intense, clean finish. Very, very nice.
