Winemaker's Notes:

This wine is a blend. The primary component is a rose of Pinot Noir, blended with small amounts of Muller-Thurgau and Pinot Gris to add fruitiness and complexity. Less than 2% Carmine was added to enhance the color, and the wine was lightly sweetened to enhance the fruitiness.

Tasting Notes:

This rosy, coral-pink wine has aromas of raspberries, strawberries, honeydew melon, almond, cinnamon, apple, and cotton candy. The light body and smooth acidity show complex flavors of strawberries, apple, peach, pear, lychee, and apricot, with a hint of sweetness. The subtle, dry tannins linger in the finish.
