Winemaker's Notes:

The grapes were harvested by hand, sorted in the field, and whole cluster pressed. The juice was settled overnight, and then racked to a stainless steel tank for a cool primary fermentation. After fermentation was complete, the wine aged on the lees until bottling with partial malolactic fermentation.

Tasting Notes:

This off-dry medium-bodied white wine is quite smooth with fullness and depth. The aromas are rich with a nice flinty note, and hints of honey, peach, lychee, and spice. The intense fruitiness continues on the palate, with nectarine, passion fruit, The finish is surprisingly long for a Pinot Gris; reminiscent of green apple candy.
