Kramer Vineyards Pinot Blanc Yamhill-Carlton 2010

Winemaker's Notes:

The grapes were harvested by hand, sorted in the field and whole-cluster pressed. The juice was settled overnight then racked to a stainless steel tank for a cool primary fermentation. After fermentation was complete, the wine aged on the lees until bottling with partial malolactic fermentation.

Tasting Notes:

Fruity aromas of citrus and apple with hints of white flowers combined with a soft texture on the palate. This wine provides crisp acidity and flavors of white peach, lemon and mineral and finishes with a hint of candied lemon peel.
