Kramer Vineyards Müller-Thurgau Yamhill-Carlton 2009
The grapes were harvested by hand, sorted in the field, and whole cluster pressed. The juice settled overnight, and was racked to a stainless steel tank for primary fermentation. When fermentation was complete, the wine was racked off the gross lees and aged for 10 months prior to bottling without malolactic fermentation and bottled with 2% residual sugar.
