Winemaker's Notes:

The grapes were harvested by hand, sorted in the field, and whole cluster pressed. The juice settled overnight, and was racked to a stainless steel tank for primary fermentation. When fermentation was complete, the wine was racked off the gross lees and aged for 10 months prior to bottling without malolactic fermentation and bottled with 2% residual sugar.

Tasting Notes:

This aromatic, fruity off-dry white wine is brimming with white flowers and stone fruit. Light-bodied with smooth acidity, with hints of Asian pear, pineapple, apricot, golden raisins, honeysuckle, and a long, tangy citrus finish.
