One thing is for sure, Kanzler Vineyard has a distinct terrior and produces fruit of exceptional quality. Our 2003 Kanzler Vineyard Pinot Noir is exotic to say the least. This wine is deep, complex and bursting with intense flavors and aromatic. The vineyard is located just south of Bodega Highway in the Petaluma Land Gap, which is a very cool sight a few miles east of the Pacific Ocean. The Kanzler Vineyard Pinot Noir is a blend of clones 667, 115 and Pommard and was aged in 100% French oak barrels-41% new oak-for 17 months.
