We bought this bottle at the Wine Spectator Greystone restaurant in Napa Valley. The first impression was interesting but very soon the alcohol jumped in and there was never enough room for all that alcohol. A shame for the wine has impressive aromas of dark cherries, lot's of spices, cola and lot's more, there is also a remarkable finish (after the alcohol goes away of course). We didn't finish the bottle and left it at the refrigerator in the hotel room. Next day we bought some bucheron goat cheese and finished it off. it was better, the mouthfeel was great and the finish lingered impressively. [90]
