Kosta Browne "gap's Crown Vineyard" Pinot Noir 2016

Winemaker's Notes:

"Everything is moving in the right direction, from the snappy wild berry and plum flavors to the crushed rock and savory underbrush notes. Ends with fine-grained tannins that bode well for the future. Drink now through 2024." - Wine Spectator *(93 points)*

Flavorful, intense wines - that is our goal. We believe every wine should be bursting with flavor. This intensity should be part of a greater balance. We find that each of our vineyards has its own "sweet spot" of balance. It is our charge to guide each vineyard to its optimum flavor potential. Our single vineyard wines are blended to express the specific qualities and consistencies of our pedigreed vineyards. Pinot Noir is the perfect palate to define the terroir of these plantings. We offer two appellation wines: our Sonoma Coast and Russian River. These wines are blended to represent the best of our vineyards in each specific appellation. Quality is of utmost importance with these blends. Read less
