A perfect sparkling wine for mimosas! I prefer the Extra Dry to Brut. Korbel has a light apple and melon sweetness from sip to finish - a lively and very enjoyable glass of bubbly. Also pairs well with Belgian chocolate, with or without hazelnuts.
We had this on our honeymoon. My husband and I are a fan of Champagne and my husband loves dry wines. We both hated this wine. It was far too minerally and acidic to be enjoyed. We tried it by itself, with chocolates, fruit, etc but nothing seemed to helped. I even tried this the morning after at breakfast with orange juice and it was horrible. You can tell quality is lacking. Very disapointed.

Actually a little on the sweet side, this pleasant brut-style wine has rich flavors of limes, peaches, vanilla and spice, with a bracing scour of bubbles.
Who says you have to pay big bucks for a good sparkling wine? This affordable version is round n the mouth, with ripe flavors of cherry, redcurrant and fig. Starts with a bit of sweetnessthat carries through the finish. Goodavailability, too. Drink now. 400,000 cases made. -JL
Not really dry, with honey, lemondrop and yeasty, pastry flavors. A little aggressive in the bubbles, but a nice wine for the price, if you like your bubbles on the sweet side.
Crisp and succulent, with lemon sorbet aromas leading to slightly sweet vanilla, apricot and spice notes. Drink now.

Extra dry. of course, means a little sweet, and so this bubbly is. It has good acidity and modest bread dough, apple and peach flavors, with a clean finish.
Crisp and lively, with a hint of sweet apple and citrus fruit, complemented by notes of toasty yeast and spice. Drink now.
