Korbel Extra Dry 2011
A perfect sparkling wine for mimosas! I prefer the Extra Dry to Brut. Korbel has a light apple and melon sweetness from sip to finish - a lively and very enjoyable glass of bubbly. Also pairs well with Belgian chocolate, with or without hazelnuts.Add winemaker's notes

We had this on our honeymoon. My husband and I are a fan of Champagne and my husband loves dry wines. We both hated this wine. It was far too minerally and acidic to be enjoyed. We tried it by itself, with chocolates, fruit, etc but nothing seemed to helped. I even tried this the morning after at breakfast with orange juice and it was horrible. You can tell quality is lacking. Very disapointed.

Not really dry, but actually a little sweet, with a honey-sugar edge to the strawberries, raspberries, limes and vanilla. Feels clean and crisp and fine in the mouth The blend is Chenin Blanc, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and French Columbard.
Crisp and fresh, with modest apple, lemon and anise notes. Drink now. 235,000 cases made.
Not really dry, with honey, lemondrop and yeasty, pastry flavors. A little aggressive in the bubbles, but a nice wine for the price, if you like your bubbles on the sweet side.
