Editorial Reviews for Korbel Brut
Clean and bright on the nose with yeast scents paired with white orchard fruits. On the palate this is noticeably sweet with lots of fruit, pears, and spice tones. It’s very richly fruited and retains a youthful, green grape tone to the mid-palate and onto the moderately long finish. 86pts
Peeled concord grape nose. Light and slightly creamy flavors with a healthy helping of pear.
I'm not a big Champagne drinker, especially ones from California. Although, I was surprised by this one. It is dry but not overpowering with hints of citrus fruit (possibly lime) and apple. Results in a very enjoyable way to celebrate any occasion especially for the price tag of $8.
Sweet nose - a typical California sparkler. Soft with sweet fruits, some yeast and buscuit, but ultimately a soft wine. Slightly tart finish.
A new addition to their line. Very nice balanced nose with nice biscuit flavors.
Korbel makes 1.3M cases, but practices sustainable farming and even has a new line of Organic products. This wine has great bubbles and a softly sweet buscuit flavor. A very soft and smooth finish with a nice rich mid-palate.
An easy sparkling wine that outpaces its low price point. We typically keep this one in-house for casual openings...
real smooth not dry fruity

Lively aromas of citrus and cinnamon roll lead to crisp flavors of apple, tropical fruit and spiced nuts in this fun bubbly. Drink now.
Moderate straw-yellow hue with a steady bead. Tempting aromas of lemon curd and light white bread dough. Creamy mouth-feel with a touch of toast accompanied by pleasant minerality. Light green apple notes round out a cleansing close.
One of America's best-selling bruts, affordable and dependable. They score again with a delicately flavored, dry wine with elegance and finesse. - S.H.
