Really rich in cherry, vanilla, toast and yeasty sourdough flavors, a full -bodied, pleasant bubbly that has a bit of sweetness to round off the rough edges.
Full-bodied for a bubbly and slightly sweet, with forward flavors of cherries, strawberries, vanilla and brioche. Balanced crisp acidity.
Lots of Champagne-like richness in this dry blend of Pinot Noir, Gamay, Sangiovese and Zinfandel. Despite these big red varieties, it has subtle, elegant flavors of strawberries, limes, yeast and vanilla.
