In Prlekija, Pinot Gris often obtains spicy complexity and a multilayered aromatic profile. Mea Culpa - Pinot Gris has a gentle lemon yellow color with golden hues and a touch of rosé. On the nose it is pronounced, ripe, juicy, and reminiscent of ripe yellow apples. In the mouth it is intense and powerful -- ripe and juicy with flavors of pear, orange, lemon and some pepper. It has a long, warm and spicy finish. Because of its intensity it goes well wil slightly richer food.
