Winemaker's Notes:

This year’s sweet wine is made from late harvest Chenin Blanc grapes. The aromas are intense and complex, a mix of botrytis (a mould which can be beneficial in the making of sweet wines), orange rind and fresh chenin fruit. The palate is rich and luscious with a blend of ripe fruit flavours and sweet marmalade from the botrytis while finishing with a clean fresh acid.
