A bright fresh style of Sauvignon Blanc Semillon which is beautiful with seafood (in particular oysters) fresh cheeses, antipasti, salads and of course by itself! For me it has similar characters to a Marlborough (NZ) Sauvignon with it's citrus, cut grass and gooseberry flavours.
An ideal Summer wine to enjoy in the sun with strawberries, cherries and barbecues! Try freezing it in your freezer drawer for beautiful rose slushies! We can't freeze enough of it for our restaurant guests!
