Knee Deep Rosé Blend Margaret River Rosé 2008

Winemaker's Notes:

This wine shows attractive colours of light ruby and watermelon and exhibits aromas of black cherry & cherry plum with hints of confectionary & baked toffee. On the palate soft and gentle flavours of light plum & strawberries are enhanced by a dash of spritziness. The flavours linger to a clean finish with a suggestion of cinnamon and spice. Cabernet Sauvignon (73%) & Shiraz (27%)

An ideal Summer wine to enjoy in the sun with strawberries, cherries and barbecues! Try freezing it in your freezer drawer for beautiful rose slushies! We can't freeze enough of it for our restaurant guests!
