This wine is exceptionally smooth containing red fruit aromas and cherry flavors. It is best paired with lamb, mild cheeses, and salads.
This wine is actually quite smooth, and it does have metallic flavors, like minerally dirt or clay. If that is a turnoff, then be advised. Otherwise, it's an interesting wine to swash back and forth in your mouth, smooth and with an array of distinct flavors, with the light grip of mild tannins at the end.
The back of the bottle describes this wine as "exceptionally smooth, with soft, silky tannins, red fruit aromas, and cherry flavors." My type of Pinot Noir for sure. They forgot about the taste of musty cheese mixed with copper...or maybe like the smell of a wet dog...needless to say I have never tasted this in any bottle of wine. We poured the bottle down the drain. I've never had a worse bottle.
