Golden Nectar! A late harvest blend of individually selected Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc grape clusters. A rich, honeyed botrytis character that drizzles with tropical aromas and flavors of pineapple, pear, mango and papaya. 100% barrel fermentation enhances the flavors with sweet vanilla, toasty oak, and a well-balanced honeycomb finish. Sip or drizzle over fresh fruit. Also goes nicely with Gorgonzola or Stilton blue cheeses and foie gras.

Sight - clear, topaz or gold color, day bright, straw rim, medium concentration, medium plus concentration, medium plus viscosity
Nose/palate - clean, sweet, medium plus power, medium body, cooked/stewed honeyed golden fruit, warm honey, butterscotch, caramel, cedar or saw dust wood or smokey aromas are dominant over fruit in the nose but not in palate, medium finish and complexity, low acid.
