King Estate Pinot Gris Oregon 2007
RiceSelect's fragrant Jasmati® is blended with eggs, milk and fall's favorite spices, cinnamon and nutmeg, to create a delicious rice pudding, which is layered on top of fluffy cream cheese and abuttery pecan crust. Pairs well with a bold, tawny port with flavors of dried fruits, nuts, and spices.
On the nose is lemon and floral notes. The palate burst with lemon and melon and pear with a hint of grass on the finish. Bold and acidic and slightly dry. Complimented my blackened grouper and soft shell crab perfectly.
