King Estate Pinot Gris 2006

Member Review by Muchkabouche:

A wonderful splash of flavor. Initial taste is grapefruit. After warming a bit pear, stone fruit and faint strawberry. Crisp yet not sour or tart. Medium body mouth feel. The fruitiness exploded when paired with midlle-eastern fare (hummus, tabouleh, and hashwi). After 2-3 hours, the empty glass had aromas of straw. A great sensory experience.

Eric Asimov's Times review: King Estate Pinot Gris Signature Collection 2007. Tangy and delicious with flavors of grapefruit, minerals and almonds.
