- Colour: Pale straw with flashes of green and gold. Aroma: Perfumed nose reminiscent of white peaches, grapefruit and hazelnut underscored by the butterscotch character of malolactic fermentation. Palate: A very full palate, characterized by great fruit intensity, with mango and pineapple balanced with malolactic sweetness. This is a big, rich wine, with integrated flavours and great balance. The unoaked style of Chardonnay is finding great favor among wine drinkers, many of whom enjoy it for its intensity of flavour and no taste of wood. Accessible now, the 1999 Unoaked Chardonnay will improve with cellaring.

- Medium-bodied, with pure apple, citrus and melon fruit that stay focused through the clean finish. Picks up just a touch of fig at the end. Ready to drink now.
