One of the reasons why New Zealand Sauvignon Blancs have taken the world by storm. Delightful to the point of exuberance, this is a great wine for drinking alone of with lighter fare.

LOOK: Mid straw colour. SMELL: Very expressive with lifted tropical-fruit-salad aromas, including melon, guava, passionfruit, and mandarin orange. TASTE: A juicy wine with great intensity of flavours and mouthwatering, vibrant acidity. Fresh passionfruit and pineapple flavours delight on the finish. EAT: Perfect for all occasions, particularly delicious with fresh oysters, asparagus, lobster, or summer salads. TA: 7.4g/L pH: 3.24 RS: 5.0g/L ALCOHOL: 13%
