Color: Pale straw with touches of green. Aroma: Dominated by classic red capsicum, passion fruit and Cape gooseberry nose, supported with a hint of lime and a subtle herbaceousness. Palate: Intense ripe Sauvignon Blanc dominates. A full-flavored style with great balance and longevity. This is a classic Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc from a good vintage; a wine to drink now but which, with careful cellaring, will last up to five years.
