Kim Crawford Chardonnay Unoaked 2007
If you like you Chardonnay with true expression of fruit then this is the one to love! This wine does not hide behind any oak. It’s a crisp wine that tastes of the succulence and freshness of the grape. White peach, grapefruit and melon with a hint of pineapple flavours are supported by a soft and textured mouthfeel (achieved through malolactic fermentation). It may have no oak, but this wine has an abundance of character. Drink it with all seafood, delicate white meats and creamy pasta dishes.
One of the reasons why New Zealand Sauvignon Blancs have taken the world by storm. Delightful to the point of exuberance, this is a great wine for drinking alone of with lighter fare.

Wine Tasting NotesPale straw with hints of gold. Lifted stonefruit and guava combines with butterscotch of malolactic. Just like granny rewarding you with a Werthers Original Toffee for eating all your tropical fruit. Full and rich with good fruit weight and length is balanced nicely with firm acidity.
