User Reviews for Kim Crawford Chardonnay Marlborough Unoaked
Add your reviewThis is good everyday chardonnay. I wouldn't turn it away. Subtle flavors of stone fruit and a good balance of acid. Maybe some aroma of butterscotch. This is an un-oaked chardonnay, which typically prevents that buttery taste that some people don't like in this varietal. But the odd thing is, Kim Crawford initiates a malolactic fermentation, which in the end creates a buttery taste and fuller mouth-feel, which negates the purpose of an un-oaked chardonnay...but I'm no sommelier, just a fanatic or enthusiast. V.
