- The Cabernet Sauvignon is the other top performer in the Killerby stable. It is produced from 4 hectares of estate plantings which are now 25 years old, and over the years has accumulated seven trophies and innumerable gold medals. In fact a blend of 95 per cent Cabernet Sauvignon and 5 per cent Cabernet Franc, it is matured in French oak for just under two years.
