Suggested Recipe Pairing presented by
Coconut Rice Sweet Potato Cheesecake

RiceSelect's creamy Arborio gets blended with sweet potato, coconut milk and vanilla to create this decadent cheesecake. Pairs well with Saunternes; a white dessert wine that has hints of coconut from aging in oak barrels.

Winemaker's Notes:

Kilikanoon has become the darling of US wine critic Robert Parker Jr and with much justification but with a dramatic effect on the prices of their top wines. However great value is still there to be found in their Killerman's Run wines. This Shiraz is a rich blend of number of different vineyard sites and has been matured in older French and American oak for two years and at 15% abv is on the bigger side.
