Kenwood Vineyards Rose Table Wine 2007
For the 2007 vintage of our Kenwood Vineyards Rosé Table Wine we blended red grapes that were harvested early to retain their natural acidity along with riper grapes with full fruit flavor that were picked later in the season. The grapes were crushed and then allowed 12 to 48 hours of skin contact before pressing which imparts the rosé color to the juice. The juice is then fermented at cool temperatures to enhance the fresh fruit aromas in the finished wine. The wine is settled in stainless steel tanks before it is bottled in February.
