Kenwood Vineyards Reserve Olivet Pinot Noir 2010
The unique clonal selection, combined with ideal soil and a cool climate, make this Pinot Noir, grown at the Olivet ranch, exceptional year after year. The grapes were harvested with great care in late September and then brought to the winery, where 10 percent of the fruit underwent whole cluster fermentation. After fermentation the wine was racked twice before being placed in new French oak barrels for 11 months of aging.
