What to Expect
Chardonnay is America's most popular grape and with good reason. Made in styles that range from steely, mineral laced wines with crisp green apple fruit to wines that are buttery, rich, and laden with tropical fruits, there is a Chardonnay that will appeal to every palate. Chardonnay is most closely associated with France's Burgundy region and California's Northern valleys though it has proven successful around the globe.

Ripe, rich and harmonious; revealing tiers of pear and vanilla flavors, tropical and floral notes and an elegantly smooth finish. The grapes for the Kenwood Reserve Chardonnay come from some of the finest vineyards in the Russian River Valley. The harvest was characterized by a long growing season and a nearly perfect summer. After fermentation in newer French oak barrels, 100% of the wine underwent malolactic fermentation and was aged on the lees for 10 months. The resulting Chardonnay balances enticing floral, tropical and vanilla flavors with a rich, creamy texture. Enjoy the Kenwood read more...
