Incredibly smooth and balanced. Decanted for about an hour, which revealed a nice bouquet of aromas of cherries, black currants, berries, oak and earth. Very fruit forward on the palate, exploding with layers of fruits and balanced with nice tannic backbone. Excellent finish with flavors of dark cherries, plum and oak.

Firmly structured and sufficiently tannic to endure 10 years cellaring. This is a rich, complex, chunky young wine, with glimpses of currant and cherry, turning firm and tight on the finish.
