Winemaker s Notes - This bottling is a blend of some of the finest Chardonnay vineyards in the Santa Maria Valley. Whole cluster pressing, barrel fermentation, and gentle rolling of cooperage in our OXO barrel rack system created a rich wine showing vibrant fruit flavors of citrus, pear, and apple, all of which are imported by bright acidity and supple mouth feel.
