Kenneth Crawford 08 Pinot Noir

Vintage: 2008 09/13/2010

Tasting notes: From the ever-popular Babcock Vineyard comes this dark ruby colored wine, with dark fruit and black cherry both vieing for attention with Asian spices and that tell tale Santa Rita Hills earthiness, peppery, slate character. The aromas from the glass are confirmed on the palate and are wrapped neatly in a rich but mouthwatering blanket of sweet fruit and well-balanced acid. Fine tannins keep the finish long and firm enough to ensure 5-7 years of aging potential.
