Two and a half glasses
A cheap fruity nose. Bit bitter and rather plain - some structure though. Bitter finish.
Simply put, it's Nice.
I did not enjoy this at all. Too much bite and too bitter.
Pepper and berries on the nose. A little reserved after we initially opened it. Quite smooth and refined. Definitely a strawberry finish.
I was introduced to this at a Seafood Restaurant, and I really liked the complexity. A very nice blend, with just a hint of sweet cherry. Very dark and robust overall. I did a comparison with another Meritage (almost twice the price), and the Kendall Jackson was smoother on all accounts. Also, it works well with Shrimp Fra Diavolo. Enjoy!
blueberries and vanilla nose, but light. Oak and vanilla, dark fruit is a bit hidden, and a touch of earth. Short finish, nothing wonderful, but a good QPR at only 11 bucks.

Wine Tasting NotesFlavors abound starting with espresso, dark chocolate, pomegranate and black cherry. The wine has a multi-layered, full mouthfeel with a medium finish. This wine screams for tri-tip!
