Cabenet Sauvignon: Originally of French origins, this versatile grape produces exceptional wines around the globe. It's usually medium to full bodied with a fine structure that supports black and red fruit flavors with typical notes of olive, chili and herbs that add complexity.

Clonal Selection:Clones 4, 7 and 337 grafted on 5C, 3309C,
101-14 and 110R rootstock.

Canopy:Geneva Double Curtain (GDC) and Vertical Shoot
Positioned (VSP).

Soil:Shallow, rocky and gravelly loam. Steep hillsides,
some are slightly terraced. Low amounts of
available water and soil moisture capacity forces
a reduction in berry and cluster size enhancing

Moderate berry and plum aroma with hint of tobacco and dark earth. Plush satin texture, Long, satisfying finish, leaves you begging for more. Drink now. Ooh La Lah, I like very much.
